Q: In what areas are your services available?
Service areas are Memphis & Surrounding Areas – Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties in Tennessee and Desoto County in Mississippi (including, and not limited to, the following Tennessee communities: Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Eads, Germantown, Lakeland, Millington, Oakland, and Somerville).

Q: Who needs in-home care?
Anyone who needs additional help with their daily living activities and would rather stay in their own home rather than be institutionalized or live with relatives. In addition, people who are recovering from surgery and need a little additional assistance would benefit from our services.

Q: How much does the service cost?
We bill on an hourly basis. The hours required to properly care for your loved one will be determined by you and a Trusted Care, LLC representative during an initial assessment interview and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Please contact us to learn more about our pricing.

Q: Does Medicare/Medicaid cover your costs?
No, however often long-term care insurance plans will cover our home care services. In addition, if you or your spouse are a qualified veteran, our services are eligible for reimbursement under the VA’s Aid and Attendance Pension benefit program.

Q: How does in-home care cost compare to assisted-living or nursing homes?
Generally, our services will cost less than those of assisted-living facilities or nursing homes. We can tailor a schedule specifically to meet your needs – so you are only paying for what you need.

Q: Do you provide care in facilities also?
Yes! We can provide our caregivers to attend to your loved-one in hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, long-term rehabilitation facilities and other places.

Q: How do you select your caregivers?
All of our caregivers are carefully interviewed and screened prior to becoming employees of Trusted Care, LLC. In addition, all of our caregivers must complete training prior to working with any care recipients.

Q: What if my caregiver is sick or goes on vacation?
All of our caregivers are excellent and caring caregivers that are ready on a moment's notice in case of sickness or emergency.

Q: Who pays the caregiver and how do they get paid?

All of our caregivers are employees of Trusted Care, LLC. We simply invoice you for the services rendered and we take care of paying the caregivers, along with the taxes, insurance, benefits and other administrative requirements.

Q: Why should I use your service vs. hiring an independent Caregiver?
There are multiple reasons why selecting Trusted Care, LLC is your most beneficial option:

  • Our caregivers are our employees – That means they have been carefully screened, are bonded and insured. Also, you don't have to worry about our Caregivers being a liability in your home – we take that responsibility.
  • We have backup! If the caregiver is sick or has an emergency, we have someone ready to step into his or her place.
  • We have trained professionals on our staff – Besides our caregivers, we have a trained, professional in-house staff to ensure our operations run smoothly and to address any of your concerns while we are caring for you or your loved one.
